By using the membership card, the member agreed to Ausphil Forex to the following terms and conditions:
- Upon receipt of a written request from a member between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, Sydney time (“business hours”) to deposit funds into a recipient’s specified account or deliver to recipient specified address in the Philippines, Ausphil shall endeavour to do so on the same day, subject to any delay which may be caused by the recipient’s bank or because of incorrect information supplied by the member
- The member must pay into Ausphil’s nominated bank account within 24 hours of transmitting his request, the appropriate fee specified above plus the Australian dollar equivalent of the amount deposited or delivered into the recipient’s account or address, base on the exchange rate published on the same day as Ausphil receives the member’s request during business hours.
- If the member fails to pay the amount due to Ausphil within 24 hours he shall pay interest on the amount deposited into the recipient’s account at the rate of 1% per day plus any legal expenses incurred to recover the amount due.
- If the member provides incorrect information to Ausphil or wishes to alter his request, Ausphil shall be entitled to charge the member an additional service fee as above plus any bank charges or loss incurred by Ausphil due to the error or alteration
- Ausphil is not liable for any bank fees and/or commission charge by the recipient’s bank or for any delay caused by force majeure or any event beyond Ausphil’s control.
- Ausphil’s service fee is not refundable if the members request a cancellation or alteration of a request or if a deposit cannot be made due to incorrect information supplied by the member or the recipient.
